EVENT VENUES

Venue Descriptions:

• Indoor Facility: 70’ x 30’ with 18’-20’ ceiling
• Reception Only - 400 people, serving tables only
• Seated Event – 200 inside with room to expand outside (6’ and 8’ rectangle tables)
• A very unique 26’ rustic, real wagon wheel embellished table that can be used for seated guests or used as a serving table

Outdoor Areas:

• Skylight Terrace with soft swing, twilight lighting
• Texas Sized Long Horizontal Bar (70’) with patio area
• 3 Point Pier on Lake Willie V.

RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES 

• The Camping Segment of the Ranch takes into consideration the regulations set by the Texas State Parks. (i.e., Pets are welcomed, but must be confined or leashed)
• The man-made lake is approximately 2.5 acres
• Fishing - Bass, Perch, Bowfin, Catfish, Perch and Alligator Gar
• Paddle Boating – seats 3 to 4 people
• Canoeing – 2 to 4 adults with 2 children
• Safety Gear – state of the art comfortable, safety vests

CAMPGROUNDS DESCRIPTION

• 12’ x 16’ shelters with several more under construction, including two story spacious retreats. All include water and electricity connections and access to indoor restrooms and showers.
• Room for tents to be set-up in front of shelters.
• For the true campers, lots of room to set up camp with your tents, but still have access to the indoor restrooms and showers.

ADDITIONAL CAMPING AMENETIES

• Controlled horseback riding for pictures. (2 beautiful paint horses available, named Honey bread and Pancake)
• Horseback Riding Training at $60 per hour (you can bring your own horses too)
• Texas Sized Fire Pit available for reservations
• Horseshoe Pits

KITCHEN ACCOMODATIONS 

• Caterers welcomed and preferred caterers suggested upon request
• Caterers must bring all their own equipment and sign a liability agreement
• Unique 26’ long rustic, authentic wagon wheel enhanced serving / dining banquet table.
• Indoor bartender’s bar, and outside, a Texas Sized 70’ serving bar with patio area.
• Sound System available inside the large venue and outside at the 70’ bar.
